Our Beginnings

Lawlors opened its fi rst offi ce in 1989, quickly gaining prominence in the local housing market through a unique blend of innovation and personalised service—principles that remain central to our success today. Our initial offi ce on Chigwell Road in Woodford Bridge paved the way for our expansion into Chigwell, Buckhurst Hill, Woodford, and Loughton, catering to all price ranges.

As client demand grew, so did our services. We expanded our teams and offi ces to include Lettings, Land, and New Homes, and established an Elite Homes Department to meet the needs of those entrusting us with the sale of the area’s most luxurious properties. 

Establishing Our Flagship Branch

In response to the technological revolution that has transformed our industry, we consolidated our teams under one roof at our fl agship Loughton branch. This centralisation enables us to provide a higher level of service across Loughton, Chigwell, and Woodford, a commitment clearly refl ected in our client reviews.
